Community Services cover a wide range of programs needed by the community. Polban staff apply their high skill to assist the development and assessment of technology, industrial management, human resources, and solve various social problems.

This unit also provides fee-based services such as trainings, certification services for public, industries, institutions, corporation, patents, and brand.

Industrial and institutional Affiliation programs Nationally, Polban provides services to:

• assist government, institutions and industries in identifying training need

• run appropriate courses needed for personnel, for example D3 (equivalent to Diploma) or D4 (equivalent to bachelor degree) either in campus or on site,

• Provide consultation on existing program quality.

Research and Community Service Unit administers research activities and community services conducted by Polban staff. This unit also administers industrial and institutional affiliation programs.

Polban research focuses on applied research in various fields of study. The research is conducted based on strategic local, global issues, and existing scientific research.
