Polban Office of International Affair opens opportunity for Polban students to participate any program to abroad such as exchange program, internship, summer camp, etc, to Polban partner universities. The duration of this program depends on each university. Before apply please make sure that you know every condition in this program (duration program, scholarship, academic years, list of subjects). There are also important requirements you must know to apply for exchange program such as

Official Academic Transcript in English version.

The official academic transcript in English version is released by Academic office (BAAK). To get this document you should visit BAAK counter and make a request to get academic transcript in English. The officer will give you the form to fill in and submit the form at the same counter. Please kindly wait for several days to get the signed transcript from BAAK. Once received, please copy your transcript and legalize it at BAAK.

Recommendation Letter from Head of Departement addressed to PD1 Polban (in Bahasa Indonesia)

This document aims as a proof that you are Polban students and got a permission from the department.

Certificate of English Proficiency

You can use TOEFL/IELTS/EPT/TOEIC depends on requirements of the program.

Application Letter

You must use this form to confirm regarding the courses that you will take for student internship program. Please download the form in this link .

Statement Letter (Surat Pernyataan)

This letter to confirm that you've already know the condition of the program and will obey the rule. Please download the file in this link

Please fill in and complete the form with a complete signature on it. Submit the forms to KUI as mentioned on the announcement.

Student Exchange National Chin-yi University of Technology Taiwan ini merupakan kerja sama antara KUI Polban dengan KUI NCUT yang mengikuti kegiatan TEEP (Taiwan Education Experience Program). Peserta TEEP ini merupakan mahasiswa dari Asia dan Eropa.

Lokasi : Taiping District, Taichung City, Taipei, Tainan, Haouli City

SEA TVET SEAMEO Student Internship Exchange

The objectives of the SEA-TVET Student Internship Exchange are as follows:

To enhance global competitiveness, knowledge and technical skills of TVET students
To improve inter-cultural understanding, regional perspectives, and English communication of students
To provide employable opportunities for students
To create a sustainable partnership among polytechnics and TVET colleges/institutions in Southeast Asia

The major/specialisation of students will be as follows:
 Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Manufacturing
 Industrial Technology
 Informatics/ Computer Science
 Hospitality and Tourism
 Agriculture and Animal Science
 Business, Commerce and Accounting
 Creative Industry, Multimedia
 Civil Engineering
 Health Science/Nursing/ Public Health

The qualified students should:
 Voluntary basis and determine
 Be able to communicate in English well
 Have good academic performance and technical skills in the area of major study
 Good attitude, friendly, flexible, good problem-solving
 Maturity, and readiness
 Have enough financial support from parents
 Good health (no disease or personal health disorder)
 Be able to travel abroad during the internship schedule

Within 1 month of internship period, the programme should consist of the following components:
 1st week: Orientation, observing class at the receiving institutions
 2nd – 4th week: Internship with industry
